Prerequisites

To enroll in this class, you must have completed: Class 1 Enhance Your Therapy Practice with Somatic Tapping; Class 2 Body Sensations; and Class 3 Cognitions

Objectives:

1. Identify and Interpret Key Indicators: Learn to recognize key words, body language, and emotional cues during client interactions to tailor tapping treatments effectively. 2. Facilitate Emotion Awareness and Regulation: Guide clients in evaluating subjective units of distress (SUDS) and body sensations, and lead them through tapping techniques for managing upsetting events or trauma. 3. Enhance Client-Therapist Attunement: Develop skills to establish and maintain attunement with clients during tapping sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive therapeutic environment. 4. Apply Targeted Tapping Techniques: Understand when and how to use specialized tapping techniques, including storytelling methods, phobias, and cravings, while recognizing limitations of tapping interventions.

Meet Diana Sturm MS, Ed.S. LPC

I'm Diana! I've used tapping since 2009 and it has changed my life. I received certification in 2010 from Gary Craig, the founder of EFT, from EFT Universe in 2011, and became certified as a Trainer for the Guild of Energists in 2019. I developed Somatic Tapping in 2021. It is a tool I use with clients, but I started by first using it for myself. I'm now a more relaxed person without emotional triggers from past events. All due to tapping. In this series of courses, I want to share with you many different ways to add tapping to your practice. This class delves into the deepest traumas and upsetting events and helps you and your clients find relief and release from the negative charges. If you are ready to release a weight from your shoulders, this is the pinnacle class for you.
